Bonjour,

At breakfast this morning, Danny was talking about a jet ski.  He asked Joe if that was the fastest thing that goes on water.  Joe told him that there are boats that race.  Danny said, "Well, who won the race?''  Joe was stumped by that question since he did not even know who raced.  : )
Since the kids did not have school today, we all went up to the church this morning.  My project was wiping down all of the plastic sleeves containing the Sunday school materials and putting them in order.  The kids helped me wipe them off.  Then, I started the sorting process.  We worked until noon.  I didn't finish sorting, but I'll finish it another day.  I like to organize things; that was right up my alley.  The kids went back and forth between the auditorium.  Joe had the boys pick up trash on the grounds.  Then, the boys were building things with scraps from the ceiling project.  Bonnie found a box of odds and ends that she could "sort."
We came home and had lunch.  The kids and I took a nap, and Joe went back up to the church.
After supper, we all got ready for church.  We usually leave at 6:30, but the guard wasn't here.  We called him, and he said that he was on his way.  He still wasn't here at 7:00, which is when church is supposed to start.  Joe had called Dan and told him to start the singing without us.  At 7:10, the guard still wasn't here.  Bonnie and I stayed home to watch the house, and Joe and the boys went on to church.  They met in one of the classrooms since the auditorium is still under construction.  We are hoping to have the lights and fans back in place by Sunday.  They should finish up the ceiling in the auditorium tomorrow.
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
