Bonjour,

Joe and Dan had two of their four Bible Clubs today.  There were funerals at two of the fields where they normally have Bible Club.  There were a few teenage boys at the first one that they did.  They had about 130 at the second one.
The kids and I did some cleaning.  Most of our avocadoes ripened at the same time.  So, I read that you could puree them and freeze it.  I tried that out.  We can use it for guacamole.
We had fifty at our Bible Club today.  The leaves are falling from the almond tree.  So, we met under a different set of trees today.  There wasn't quite as much shade, but the clouds came out about half way through and helped out quite a bit.  I have them line up at the beginning to get their bag of water; then, they line up again at the end to get their candy.  It works better that way.  There are still a few who try to get back in the line.  Several were asking for water at the end.  I knew that some of them had already had one, but they were all saying that they had not had any.  I told them that I wasn't giving any more water out since some of them were not telling the truth.  I know that a few straggled in after I gave out the water; maybe they will come sooner next time.  : )
The power went off for a couple hours this afternoon.  It came back on just in time for me to use my tortilla press for supper.  I was glad about that.  It is so much faster than rolling each tortilla out!
We watched Toy Story 3 tonight; it came on TV.  Gilbert had seen it before and was giving us a play-by-play report.
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
