Bonjour,
This morning, Joe went to Belleville. They had a work day at the
church. They were working on taking down the bamboo structure and
redoing it. They put up some steel posts that someone had given to
Romeo. They will have to go cut down some more bamboo on Friday to
finish the job.
This afternoon, Joe went into Abidjan to do some more work on the
Ivorian driver's license. He is also trying to get information on the
new visa requirements and any other paperwork required after arrival in
the country. As of February 15, all American citizens have to have a
visa to enter the country. As of right now, they are only giving a
90-day visa, but no one seems to know what people are supposed to do
after the 90 days is up. Joe has a meeting with someone tomorrow about
that.
Gilbert and I played a game this morning. Danny just wanted to hold
some cards; he wasn't too interested in actually playing the game.
Bonnie was asleep, but she didn't want to miss out on anything. We
found some toys to keep her busy while we finished our game.
I have been trying to do one main project a day. Joe told me not to set
my goal too high because then I get discouraged when I don't get
everything accomplished in one day. So, it has been working pretty
well. Today's project was organizing Bonnie's dresser. I bagged up all
the 6-9 months clothes and put all of the 12 mo. clothes in the
drawers. She has been wearing some of both for awhile now, but she
seems to have outgrown most of the 6-9 months clothes now.

After lunch, we took naps. Then, we got ready for church.
Joe preached tonight. There were 37 in attendance. We had a good service.
Just a few minutes ago, Joe had put Danny to bed. Danny just came
walking down the hallway with a pull-up around his neck. I don't know
how he managed that one!
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
