Joe was mixing up the whitewash. Gilbert and Danny were busy asking questions.
Gilbert stuck with the painting all morning long. His hand was sore from holding the paintbrush so long.
Danny was on rock detail. When he got tired of that, he tried his hand at whitewashing. Then, he helped me in the library.
Bonnie said that her job was to check up on people to see what they were doing.
Dan was up on the ladder filling in the cracks.
Stephen helped too.
Several kids came to help too. If Joe turned his back for a second, the painting got a little wild.
I worked in the library all morning organizing books into different categories.
