W'apow mu e,
Joe took the kids to school. He went up to the church today to mix up the whitewash in preparation for the work day tomorrow. About 10:30, he got a call from the school. They said that Bonnie was complaining about her stomach hurting and that he needed to get her. He picked her up and brought her home. She slept on the way home. After lunch, I tried to get her to take a nap, but that nap on the way home gave her just enough energy to keep going. I think she understands now that she will be in big trouble if she says that she is sick and isn’t really sick again.
I worked on making some curtains this morning. I got them put up before I tried to get Bonnie to take a nap.
Joe went back up to the church after lunch. He brought the boys home from school and went back up to the church again.

When he got home, we went to the Lebanese restaurant for supper. We did not want to go all the way into town. The traffic has been very bad, and it is even worse on a Friday night. Joe went into the restaurant to order, and I took the kids to the store upstairs. They had allowance money to spend. They all found something that they could buy.
Bonnie got a coloring book. It shows how the picture should look on one page and lets you try to color it that way on the page next to it. Danny tried first. Bonnie said that he was not doing it right; so, she had to give Gilbert a chance. She kept coming to tell me that Gilbert was doing a good job. Then, she tried to do one and didn’t get it right; she was in tears. I told her I would help her tomorrow; she was too tired. She fell asleep in my lap.
Nantsew yie!
