I got up, read my Bible, got ready for church, and ate breakfast. Once I had eaten, I got my water ready for church. We left the house at 8:30 A.M.
When we got to church, there were very few people there; but by the time Sunday School was over, we had kids everywhere. Bro. Ruckman was losing his voice, but he was able to preach the morning service. Once we had finished the service, everyone talked for a while; then, we headed home.
When we got home, Bro. Ruckman made burgers, and Mrs. Angie made some fries and some side dishes. I was able to practice my guitar for about thirty minutes while they worked on lunch. After we had a delicious meal, we went to our rooms for our afternoon rest.
While I was in my room, I studied for my sermon for this evening and took a much needed nap. When I woke up, I got ready, ate a snack, and headed to church.
When we got to church, we got stuff set up; then we got started. One of the young guys led the singing, Richmond. After the singing, I preached. When I had finished, we had one song; then, another one of the young men, Prince, preached. We had a great service!!!!
After the service, I raced some of the kids for about thirty minutes. By the time I finished racing, I was soaked. Once we got home, I called my family and then took a shower. I tried to get cooled off; but even after a cool shower, I was still sweating. I was very glad to know we would be eating leftovers in the living room with the AC on. 😁
We are currently watching a tv show. After the show is over, we will be heading up to our rooms. I am looking forward to a good night’s sleep.

What an eventful Sunday. I sure enjoy our Sunday nap. Glad you got some exercise. You are good at running. I am going to listen to your preaching in the morning. Praying for you and love you.
