Bonjour,
We had a good day at church. I started out with five in the six and under class and ended up with nineteen. Joe said that the morning service went well.
On the way home from church on Sunday morning, there are usually about ten kids who pile in the back to ride back to Kansawarado with us. From the back seat, Gilbert said, "Mom, someone freshened." He had his nose plugged. I said, "What?" About that time, the smell hit us too. It was definitely the opposite of fresh! I don't know where Gilbert picked up that term! We usually have the windows down, but since the AC is working, we had all of the windows rolled up. They didn't stay up for long!
We had lunch, took naps, and got ready to go back to church. We had a good evening service with fourteen in attendance.
On the way home from church tonight, Joe said, "Something is getting me wet. What is that?" Bonnie had found the Windex bottle in the back seat and was spraying the Windex between the front seats.
I had the kids help gather things for our trip to Accra. They were so excited about leaving in the morning that it took them forever to go to sleep. Bonnie kept coming out to say, "I'm trying to go to sleep." Then, Gilbert came to report that Bonnie was in her bed playing the harmonica. She was really trying hard to go to sleep!
You might not hear from us for a couple days. I may be able to get an update sent from Accra. If not, we will give a full report on Thursday.
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
