W'apow mu e,

The guard came this morning, and we were able to go to church in a taxi.  We had a good morning at church.  I had 28 in my class today for both services.  I didn't have a helper for Sunday School, but I did have one for church.  The taxi came to get us after church.

Joe went to a church in Accra today.  The pastor invited him to eat lunch with their family after church this morning.

While I was getting lunch ready, the boys were outside.  They got the ladder out of the shed and were trying to knock a bird's nest down.  It was an old, empty nest.  After they knocked that one down, they spotted another one that was a little higher up.  Danny climbed the ladder and was poking at the nest with the shovel.  He knocked two baby birds out of the nest.  The boys were excited first about seeing the baby birds.  Then, they were devastated when I told them that those baby birds weren't going to live.  They wanted to put them back in the nest.

This evening, we didn't have a guard.  So, we read a Bible story at home.  The kids were all crying and missing Daddy at bed time.  It could be a long week!  : )
