Bonjour,
The mechanic was not able to take the vehicle for the inspection today. He is planning to take it tomorrow morning. Please pray that it passes this time. This will be the fifth inspection!
Today, Joe and I rode into Abidjan with Matt and Sarah Litson. Margie Engelhart was brave and kept all five children for us. Matt and Joe dropped Sarah and I off to get haircuts. Sarah got highlights and a cut, and I got my hair cut while her highlights dried. Joe and Matt did the grocery shopping. When they couldn’t find anything else to do to kill time, they came and waited for us.
We had pizza for lunch and then headed home. Margie faired okay. She said that the children were all good. Both boys took about a 45 minute nap at her house and didn’t go back to sleep this afternoon. So, they both went to bed early tonight.
The boys and I went over to the Litsons’ house for awhile while we waited for Margie to get ready to go on a walk. We took our walk a little later than normal, but it was a little cooler at that time. It has been over 100 the past couple days. We are entering into the hot season!
A demain,
