Bonjour,

Joe took Bob Engelhart into Abidjan today to look for a vehicle. They looked at a lot of different vehicles, but Bob didn’t decide on anything for sure.

Danny got into the soap today and rubbed it all over his face and clothes. He got it in his eyes and in his mouth. He was hurting for certain! I got him all cleaned up. It took awhile for his eyes to recover. But, he seems to be doing fine now.

Gilbert is having stomach problems again. The diarrhea has returned. We started him on the bacteria/parasite medicines today. He will have a check-up while we are in the States. Maybe they will be able to help pinpoint the problem.

We had a big rain storm this afternoon. It started raining hard just after the boys had fallen asleep. They both woke up, and that was the end of their naps. We took a walk a little later; it was quite muddy out.

Joe and Bob got back just before supper time. The boys were both happy to see Daddy.

A demain,

Joe, Laura, Gilbert, and Danny
