Bonjour,

It was another rainy day. But, we had a good day at church in spite of the rain.

The lady who does the nursery with me wasn’t there today. I only had five children during Sunday school. During the church service, there were seven. Joe found someone to help me during church.

Gilbert was excited about going to class today until we got there. Then, he wasn’t so sure about Mom speaking in a different language and showing his Bible story book to the other children. He did better during the second hour. Danny is the great explorer. In the middle of singing or telling stories, I had to keep putting Danny back on the mat. During Sunday School, we were on the floor in the national pastor’s dining room. We couldn’t use our normal spot outside their door because of the rain.

Missions With the Consfords

These daily journal entries document the Consfords’ missionary life across Ivory Coast and Ghana. Over 1,630 entries capture the church planting, the hard days, the answered prayers, and the everyday reality of following God wherever He leads. We were all ready for our nap this afternoon. We had a good church service this evening.

Please pray for Joe and Dan Post as they travel to Ghana tomorrow. Joe is going to leave the house at 5:00 to get to Dan’s house by 6:00. The barrage by Dan’s house doesn’t open until 6:00.

A demain,

Joe, Laura, Gilbert, and Danny
