Bonjour,
This morning, we got some things done around the house. Around 11:00, Lenell came over to watch the boys for us.
We went into Abidjan. We ate lunch at an Italian restaurant. Then, we headed to the plateau. Joe had a meeting at 3:00 there. We got there a little after 1:00. So, we decided to walk around at look at some of the shops in that area. There is a hardware store that has a little bit of everything. It was a bit of a walk to get there. Then, we found out that it didn’t repoen until 2:30. So, we waited about ten minutes until it opened. After looking around there, we headed back for the 3:00 meeting. After that, we got an icecream cone. We stopped at the grocery store on the way home to pick up a couple things that we needed and a few things for Sarah and Margie. We got home around 5:00.
The boys did really well for Lenell. They both took a nap for about two hours. Danny’s two top front teeth have broken through; so, he is in a much better mood.

The ladies and children had gone on a walk. So, I walked our normal route backwards and ran into them that way. When Gilbert saw me coming, he yelled “Mommy!” and ran all the way to where I was. Then, he gave me a big hug. After I held him for a minute, Danny said it was his turn to be held by Mom.
The kids played until it got dark. Then, we headed home to get supper ready. We just had leftovers tonight.
I went to bed early and didn’t get an e-mail sent. That’s why this is a day late.
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, and Danny
