Bonjour,

This morning, Joe and Gilbert went up to the church to help with the work day. They are in the process of building a school. Today, they were moving dirt and leveling things out. Joe said that Gilbert got to ride in the wheelbarrow; he also played with some other little boys who were there. Joe brought Gilbert home around 11:00 because Gilbert was tired. Joe went back. Just after he got back up there, it started raining, and everyone went home. So, he was back home in time for lunch.

The boys took a nap this afternoon. I have been trying to get caught up on some housework and laundry.

The boys and I went for a walk with Margie, Sarah, and the girls while Joe mowed the lawn. It was cloudy out, but it had stopped raining.

Joe is playing with the boys while I type e-mails. Gilbert has really been into playing football lately. I can hear, “Hut one, Hut two, Hike!” He also likes to play baseball. He hits his hand on the ball and then squats down like the catcher. He says, “Throw it back!” as he throws the ball to Joe.

A demain,

Joe, Laura, Gilbert, and Danny
