Bonjour,
We had an interesting night last night. Gilbert woke up around 12:30. His legs must have been hurting or something. He didn’t go back to sleep until 2:30. Danny woke up a couple times during that same time period. Then, after Gilbert went to sleep, Danny woke up again.
We went into Abidjan today to get out of the house for awhile. We went to a couple different stores and went out for lunch. We tried a new place and had a very good pizza.
Gilbert is our tour guide when we go anywhere. He points out all of the things that he sees – birds, trees, water, boats, goats, etc. He had boats and goats confused for awhile, but he has gotten that straightened out.
Danny is getting about more and more. I won’t be surprised if he is walking soon. When I put him on the floor, he wants to stand instead of sitting.

We tried to get naps in before church. But the boys had fallen asleep in the car on the way home; so, they were ready to go again.
Yesterday, someone told us that the water would be off for three days. So, we filled up all of our containers. It went off this morning and has been off all day.
Church went well this evening. Jean-Luc, one of the institute graduates, preached a good sermon about Joseph.
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, and Danny
