Bonjour,
Joe took the vehicle back to the mechanic today. He worked on it all day, but he still hasn’t figured out why it is still smoking. He is going to try a different fuel pump tomorrow and clean out the muffler. If those things don’t work, he will be back to square one. We have five days from the day that the vehicle failed the first inspection to get it done again. Please pray that he will be able to get the vehicle to quit smoking tomorrow.
Joe rode into Abidjan with Bob Engelhart and Matt Litson. They all needed to renew their car insurance. Then, they did some grocery shopping.
The boys ate lunch early today and were asleep before noon. I took advantage of that and got a nap in as well.
We went for a walk this afternoon. We hoped to get baths in before the water went back off, but it was already off. Joe turned the pump on for awhile, and we all got cleaned up. The water was off most of the day today. I was able to get one load of laundry done.
A demain,
