Bonjour,
This morning, I worked on lunches, and Joe made breakfast. The kids were ready to go twenty minutes early. They waited around until their extra riders came; they would not want to get to school too early!
I did some laundry and some cleaning. Joe worked on sermons.
The kids had a good day at school – no tears and no trips to the principal's office. Bonnie had dry panties all day; she got a special treat for that. She has been struggling with that for some reason. The boys told us what they learned today.
During supper tonight, Gilbert quoted John 3:14-19. He said it word perfect. I guess they have been learning that the past couple weeks in school. Danny and Bonnie both had to quote a verse after that.
It rained all day today but stopped this evening in time for church. We had a good service tonight. Joe preached about the Fundamentals of the Faith. Danny fell asleep toward the end of the service and woke up crying because his foot had fallen asleep. I tried to take him out, and he was dragging the sleeping foot behind him.
Please pray about a special unspoken request that we have. We cannot give details right now, but we do need your prayers especially in the next few days.
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
P.S. If you receive any strange e-mails from my dad, Adrian Van Manen, they are not from him. His accounts have been hacked.
