W'apow mu e,
Joe took the kids to school (in the Aarons' vehicle). Then, he went
to get our vehicle from the mechanic.
I worked on typing Sunday School lessons this morning.
Joe left early so that he could go to the post office before picking
up the kids from school. He got stuck in traffic and was a little
late to pick up the kids. The kids had a good day at school. No one
had homework tonight. They played outside until supper time.
We had a package at the post office today. Joe got some coffee. I
got Dr. Pepper barbecue sauce. I've never heard of such a thing, but
it was pretty tasty. The kids all got notes from their cousins and
some new clothes.
We emptied the pool a couple weeks ago when the pump went out. The
pool has needed to be painted for quite a while. When we got ready to
paint it a few months ago, no one had any pool paint. Joe met a
British man at the place where he goes to get pool chemicals. He had

today to look at our pool to see what needs to be done. He said it
will take them about a week to seal it, paint it, and put the tile
back around the edge. We don't know when they will start on it yet.
So that was why we couldn't find paint a few months ago; we just
needed to wait for these guys who know what they are doing. : )
The kids were all wound up this evening. Bonnie and Danny kept
bringing drawings to me that they had made. Joe snatched one of them
away to give Bonnie trouble. Bonnie insisted that it was mine and
gave it back to me. Joe tried to get it again and accidentally tore
the paper. Bonnie had a look of unbelief on her face. She quickly
recovered and told him that was his now that he ripped it and that she
would have to make another one for Mom. Then, Danny was pulling on
Joe's socks. Joe took the socks off and threw them at Danny. The
boys thought that was great fun. Dirty socks were flying all over the
living room. I told them that I would not want to touch those dirty
old socks.
Nantsew yie!
