Bonjour,

Gilbert requested Dutch pancakes for breakfast.  All of the kids really like those.
Joe went visiting this morning.  He said that they had some very good visits.  After they finished visiting, they worked on cleaning out the baptistry and getting it filled for tomorrow.  A man who is about to be sent to Lebanon with the UN wants to get baptized before he leaves.  They had to dig a ditch to drain the dirty water.
The kids wanted to do a craft this morning.  They found leaves outside and put them underneath a piece of paper and then colored on top of the paper.  Then, we glued a border on the page.  They did some cleaning after that and then worked on their homework.
Bible Club kids started coming around 11:00.  By 4:00, we had 32 kids for Bible Club.  There were ten others who kept playing and didn't come over for the lesson.  When we started playing games afterward, they came over.  I told them that if they were going to be there at Bible Club time that they needed to participate.  We are going to try moving the Bible Club to 11:00 next week; maybe that way our yard won't be like a zoo all afternoon.
After Bible Club, Joe took the kids swimming.  Both boys swam without their floaties today.
I made potato soup for supper.  It was a hot day for soup, but it still tasted good.
Gilbert helped me with the dishes tonight since Danny helped last night.  Then, we made popcorn and played a couple games of Cadoo.  Gilbert was trying to remember the name of the game and called it "Tatoo."
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
