Bonjour,

Joe didn’t sleep well last night.  He was having problems with asthma.  He was able to get an inhaler today and is doing much better.

Joe, Matt, and Jimmy went into Abidjan this morning to check on the container situation.  The director of customs to whom Joe gave our paperwork is no longer the director of customs.  So, the paperwork got lost in the shuffle.  There is a possibility that we might be able to get the container out of port without those papers.  Please pray about that.

After they finished there, they went to the hospital to check on Nathan.  He was in good spirits this morning.

They got home around 2:30.  Joe had just enough time to take a nap before heading back into Abidjan to go to the airport.

We had a Mexican meal at the Litsons house tonight.  So, I worked on getting things ready for that.

Lenell made it in safely without any problems.  All of her luggage made it too.

Gilbert was so excited to see “Aunt Nell.”  As soon as we went back over to our house, he said that he needed to show Aunt Nell her bed.  Gilbert is enjoying sleeping in his tent while the boys are here.

Danny played hard today.  He was asleep before Joe got back to the house with him.

Nathan Post came out of surgery around 19:00.  The surgery went well.  After they gave him some pain medicine through the IV, he was sleeping peacefully.  They hadn’t talked to the doctor yet because he had another surgery after Nathan’s surgery.  They will do an x-ray to make sure that everything is in place.  We should find out more tomorrow after they have talked to the doctor.

A demain,

Joe, Laura, Gilbert, and Danny
