Bonjour,
This morning, the carpenters came to put the door up in the pantry. They are deathly afraid of the dogs; so, they did all of their shaving and trimming in the kitchen. They were in there all morning. It was a bit difficult to get lunch made working around them, but at least we have a door to the pantry now. That should help keep the brooms in the pantry. : )
This afternoon, Joe and the boys went out to Donkoi to pick up the thatched roof for the bamboo building. The boys had a great time. I took a nap while they were gone. Then, I went for a walk with Sarah. The Engelharts were in Abidjan; so, Margie wasn’t here for the walk today.
I was getting supper ready when the boys got home. My parents called from Idaho. Their flight was delayed in Denver last night; so, they didn’t arrive in Boise until 1:30 this morning. The viewing for Opa was tonight. The funeral is tomorrow at 11:00. All of my sisters were able to go. Amy and Sharon won’t get there until late this evening. My brother Tony will be preaching at the funeral tomorrow. Please keep all of the family in your prayers.
A demain,
