It was announced today that Outtara had won with 54% of the vote.  Shortly after that, it was announced that the count had not been validated.  We just read that all borders have been sealed – land, air, and sea.  Please continue to pray about this situation.
Joe and Dan went into Bassam this morning to see how things were.  The people seemed tired and ready for an announcement to be made.  With the new developments, we won't be going anywhere for a while.  We have plenty of food and are ready to stay put.

After supper, I made cookies.  Those were a big hit.
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
