Bonjour,
Joe went back to the mechanic this morning. They made some more adjustments. Then, the mechanic took the vehicle to Adjame to get the fuel injectors adjusted. He found out that the person who worked on the vehicle in Ghana had put the wrong injectors in. So, those need to be replaced with the right ones. The mechanic brought the vehicle back just before we needed to leave for church.
Joe saw Matt in town and went to Belleville to help him put up a light in the church building. Then, they put up a bamboo wall around the bottom of the bamboo structure. They are still trying to gather enough cardboard to cover the top of the structure.
Joe got home about 3:30 and hadn’t eaten yet. He ate and then rested for awhile before we headed back to church.
Matt’s alternator is going out in his vehicle. So, we went to the Belleville church tonight, and the Litsons rode with us. It was a good service with about forty in attendance.
We heard another update on David Messer today. His fever and the malaria are gone. He is talking and recognizing everyone. But, he has no control over his arms and legs. He can’t walk or even wave. He will have to undergo months of physical therapy to learn how to use his arms and legs again. Please continue to pray for David and his family.
