Bonjour,
Joe and Gilbert left the house this morning a little after 8:00. They dropped the pizza off at the church first. Gilbert knew that they were going to see the boys, and he told Joe that he had gone the wrong way. Then, they headed to Bingerville to pick up some of Bob Mach’s group. They ate at a restaurant in Abidjan and then headed to Bassam to do some souvenir shopping.
After they finished their shopping, they went to the Posts’ house to unload all of the suitcases so that the souvenirs could be packed. They ate supper with the Posts. Then, Joe and Dan reloaded the luggage while the men took showers. Then, they headed to the airport. Gilbert was disappointed because he wanted to go on an airplane too.
Danny and I had a quiet day at home. We played and watched movies. It was a fun day.
When Joe and Gilbert got home, Gilbert and Danny were so excited to see each other. Gilbert said, “Let me hold Danny. Laugh, Danny, laugh!” Danny was squealing and laughing. They chased each other around the house for quite awhile.
A demain,
