Bonjour,

The church services went very well today.  We have been struggling with several different problems.  Joe talked to the people for a little bit before preaching this morning.  He said that several people were crying while he was talking; tears in public are very unusual for here.  Please continue to pray for Joe for wisdom and for the church.
Joe has a bad toothache and did not sleep much at all last night.  But, he made it through the day.
The kids seem to be feeling better.  Praise the Lord for that!
The evening service went well with twenty-one in attendance.  The people seemed to have a better attitude tonight.
Kristine and I are going to take the bus to Accra tomorrow.  We are going to meet up with the Aaron family.  They are going to show us some of the shopping spots in Accra that we haven't found yet.  We will stay Monday and Tuesday nights and head back to Takoradi on Wednesday.  Pray for us as we travel, and pray for Joe as he holds the fort.  Of all the kids, Gilbert seems to be the most upset about my leaving; I thought it would be Bonnie.
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
