Bonjour,

We have been busy packing and moving.  I didn't get an e-mail sent last night.  I will catch you up on both days at once.
Yesterday, I spent the day packing boxes.  Joe got the pump up and running.  The air conditioner man came and moved our split unit up to the other house.  Joe did some things up at the other house while he kept an eye on the air conditioner guy.
In the evening, Joe went up to the church for the learning to read program.
The kids and I worked on packing toys in their bedroom.
This morning, Joe took the kids to school.  When he got back, Martin came with the moving van.  They brought the first load up the hill to the new house.  I stayed down there and kept packing.  Joe stayed up at the new house and unpacked boxes so that he could send the boxes back down.  He came down to unhook the washer and dryer.
We got all of the big stuff moved up to the new house.  I will have to finish packing up the kitchen stuff tomorrow.
Bonnie reported during supper tonight that she and several others had to go to the office today.  She said that the others had to go for talking but that she had to go for stepping on someone's toes.  The principal told them that if they had to come back to see him, they would be caned.  Bonnie said, "I told him that I only wanted one if I have to go back."  She is a mess!
This evening, Joe and Dan went to Inchaban to help Evans with a problem.  Back in November, Evans paid two years rent on a building for his church to meet in, but the landlord has still not turned the building over to him.  The landlord was quite nervous and said that he would be out of the building by next Tuesday.
I was moving a little slowly this evening when I stood up from sitting down.  Bonnie said, "You're not crippled.  Shake a leg, Mom."  We have told her to "Shake a leg" in the mornings when she is dragging; I guess she does pay attention.
I dug through boxes and found the sheets and things that we needed for tonight.  The kids were so excited about their new rooms.  This is the first time for Bonnie to have her own room.  I thought she might be afraid to be by herself, but she didn't seem to mind a bit.
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
