Bonjour,

Today, we invited the Posts, Engelharts, and Lenell over to watch the
opening ceremonies for the Olympics. The Machs have a big group of
people here right now and have a busy schedule.

The Posts got here about 10:30. The opening ceremonies started at
noon. We had lunch while we watched. We had a good time of
fellowship. The boys went swimming after they watched for awhile. It
was a cloudy day; so, it didn't get very hot. Gilbert didn't stay in
the water long because he was too cold. He played baseball with Daddy,
Danny, Dan, and Brian.

Gilbert asked if Justin could stay with us. So, he spent the night.
The boys were busy playing all evening.

Bonnie was awake most of the afternoon. She made the rounds. Everyone
took turns holding her. I thought she might go to sleep sooner tonight
since she was awake a lot today, but she is still awake.

Joe took the sound system into Anyama for the evangelistic meeting
tonight. There was a good crowd of people once again.

A demain,

Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
