Bonjour,
We went to the house this morning to meet with the owner. She came with
her entourage. She hasn't had any good renters in the past; so, she
decided to go through an agency. Apparently, the agency is trying to
take her for all she's worth. The agent did all of the talking. When
he told us what they were wanting for rent, it was more than three times
the amount that it should have been for a house that old. So, that was
the end of our dealings with him. We do not need a house there until
after our furlough. So, the Lord must have another place in store for
us. We will stick with our original plan and look for a house after we
return from furlough. We just thought we should check that out since it
is so close to the Posts' house.
The place on Danny's chin where he got stitches is red, and we thought
it might be infected. So, we called the doctor to see if he could get
us in before we headed home. He couldn't see us until 4:00. The boys
got a nap in before we headed to the doctor. The doctor said that it is
inflamed but not infected. Two of the stitches have come out and are
hanging there with part of the scab. He said that the meat had gone
back together; it is just the skin that is still open. So, he said just
to come back in five days when Danny is supposed to get the stitches out.

Romeo preached tonight.
This morning, Danny had quite a few bites. Joe looked at them again
tonight and discovered that they are mango worms. He probably has about
forty of them. Poor boy!
A demain,
