W'apow mu e,
Joe took the kids to school this morning. We were able to record the presidential debate last night; we watched it this morning. We already voted a couple weeks ago.
Joe and I went into town. We got a few groceries. Then, Joe took me out to lunch at Planters’ Lodge. They have been doing some remodeling there. In a few months, a big hotel will be opening in Takoradi. Planters’ Lodge is trying to spruce things up to keep their business after that other hotel opens.
The kids had a good day at school. They were all eagerly waiting for the “big truck” to come when they got home. We had some gravel delivered to mix cement for the fence posts. The truck came, and the gravel had to be unloaded one shovel at a time.

We had a good night at church with eight in attendance. On the way home from church, Bonnie was holding her baby doll. She handed me the doll and said, “Mom, the baby said that she wants Big Mama to hold her.” We got a kick out of that.
Before church when I was helping Bonnie with her shower, Bonnie said, “It stinks in here.” Inside the shower, there was an awful smell. I could not find the origin of the smell. After church when Joe was ready to take a shower, he discovered that the smell was the water. Apparently something got inside our water tank and died. Cleaning out the water tank will be the number one job tomorrow.
Nantsew yie!
