Bonjour,

Joe took the kids to school this morning.  He is starting to feel better.  Hooray!
We went to the Immigration office this morning to pick up our passports with our one-year resident visas.  That is an answer to prayer.
Then, we went to the post office.  There is a new woman at the package window.  She is not so nice.  The two men who had been running the package department were not even opening our packages.  She took the place of one of those men.  She wanted us to pay extra to receive the box today since it had new socks in it.  Joe told me after we got in the car that we should have had someone wear them once before sending them.  : )  The man who is still there went to bat for us.  He told the lady that Joe is a pastor and that we are not here to make money.  So, we got the package for the "normal rate."  (Before the new woman came, it was 10 cedis per package; now, it is 15 cedis per package.)
We came back home and had lunch.  Joe went to pick the kids up from school.  Everyone had a good day at school with no trips to the office.
The man who works in the yard trimmed all of the bushes today.  The kids were building forts with the trimmings.
This evening, I gave the boys a haircut and trimmed Bonnie's hair.  I cut my own hair on Wednesday (with a little help from Joe on the back).  Joe is the only one who still needs a haircut.
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
