We got up and had cereal for breakfast. Then the kids got their church clothes on. I was brushing Bonnie's hair and it was very greasy. I asked her what was in her hair. She said, "Oh, Dad, it's just milk from my breakfast." We had to go have a bath before church. Then, Danny tried to help load the suitcase in the car and spilled all of the contents after we had locked the doors to go to church. I had everything in that bag sorted by who's clothes they were and I was proud of myself for taking the time to do that and I knew Lo would notice. Now I just picked the stuff up off the driveway and shoved it in the bag! Pride goeth before destruction!
We had a good day a church! I had to check to see if those were my kids or not! They were so good. We had several visitors and several people raised their hands and made decisions for the LORD. One little girl raised her hand for salvation, we are going to have to pray for her and keep working on her.
We left Takoradi as soon as church was over. We had a great trip to Accra. I did get stopped for speeding. I was doing 40 in a 35. Here, you ask for forgiveness by slapping the back of your right hand into the palm of your left hand. As soon as the policeman came to the window I was doing that and I saw him smile. I looked and all three of the kids were doing the same thing in the back seat. He just said, "Drive on!"
We went strait to the guesthouse, and the kids played on the playground until it was time to go to the airport. We got to the airport and the kids and I talked a man into letting us behind customs to help Laura get the bags.
We went to a restaurant in the mall and ate supper and then we came to the guesthouse. The kids are playing with a couple of their new toys and just having a ball hugging mom! We are all so glad she is back home.
Nantsew yie!
