W'apow mu e,
Joe took the kids to school this morning. Then, he went to pick up the Fante teacher. I walked toward the main road so that they could pick me up on their way to the church. It takes me about twenty minutes to walk from our house to the main road. It started raining about five minutes after I left the house. It was a slow drizzle. I didn't get too wet. As soon as I got in the car, it stopped raining.
We continued learning the Fante alphabet today. We also learned the numbers 1-20 and the days of the week.
We took the Fante teacher back to school. Then, we got some groceries. We stopped back by the church on our way home to check on the plumber who was doing some work. There are two bathrooms at the church; each room has two toilets in it, but there is no divider. Most of the children who come to church have never seen a toilet before. So, they keep breaking the toilets. Joe decided to install "squatter" potties with a dividing wall. There is a place to put your feet. This will be easier for the children to use and easier to clean.

The kids had a good day at school. They all rested for a little while when they got home. Bonnie went to sleep. When I went to check on the boys, they were both pretending to be asleep with their eyes tightly closed.
We were all ready for church tonight, and the guard did not come. I stayed home to hold the fort, and Joe and the kids went on to church. They had a good church service.
Nantsew yie!
