Bonjour,

This morning, Joe went visiting.  Dan went with him.  They got to talk to some teenage boys in our village.
The kids and I watched some more home video from my parents' trip to Idaho.  Around 10:00, we set off to go visit some of the Bible club kids.  As soon as we got to the bottom of the steps, it started raining.  We waited awhile and tried again.  We talked to a couple of the boys.  They said that they would come, but when Bible club time rolled around, no kids came.  Joe said that some kids were out in the yard earlier, but they did not stick around.  So, we did it with just our three kids.  We will have to figure out what is happening.
Joe took the kids swimming.  I was working on supper.  I thought that the meat smelled a little funny, but I thought maybe it was just my imagination.  I mixed everything with the meat to make Chuck-wagon Stack.  When they walked in the door after swimming, they all said, "What is that terrible smell?"  Needless to say, we didn't eat that!  So, it was back to square one for supper.  We had beans and cornbread instead.
I have a couple bites on my leg that are quite swollen.  Hopefully the swelling will go down by morning.
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
