W'apow mu e,

Joe took the kids to school in the Aarons' vehicle so that he could go straight to the inspection place.  He hoped to be in and out of there quickly.  He was one of the first ones in line.  But, the vehicle failed the inspection; the inside of one of the headlights was all broken up.  Joe spent most of the day getting the headlight repaired.  A new one was 800 cedis; he did not want to spend that much on a headlight.  So, they took it all apart and repaired it.  He went back to the inspection place and got the sticker the second time.  He finished just in time to go get the kids from school.  He keeps a hat in our car, but he forgot to move it to the other car this morning.  He has a sunburn.

I practiced on the keyboard for a while.  Then, I did some cleaning and laundry.  I have a lady that comes twice a week to do some cleaning.  When she came this morning, she had a rash all over and was quite swollen.  She must have had an allergic reaction to something that she ate.  I sent her to the hospital.  She wanted to stay and do the dishes first.  I told her that it was serious and that she needed to go on to the hospital.  She called this evening to let us know that she is okay.  She said that they kept her for a few hours and gave her two shots and sent her home with some medicine as well.
The kids had a good day at school.  Gilbert was excited that they started Science today.
Martin came by this afternoon.  The boys did karate with him for a while.  He stayed for supper.
