Bonjour,
Thank you to those of you who prayed about our water situation. It came
back on this afternoon and has been on and off throughout the evening.
We were able to get our drinking water receptacles filled up.
Joe went into Abidjan this morning to get a pump for our water tank. He
was able to get a good deal on the pump. Lenell wanted one too; so, he
got one for her as well. He had to wait around until noon to purchase
the pump; so, he ran errands with Dan. Dan had met him in town to show
him where the pump place was. They went to lunch and then went back to
the pump place.
I have been working on things for our Thanksgiving meal tomorrow. We
are getting together with the other missionaries. I made some pies and

a layer salad. I also mixed up some root beer. It tastes pretty close
to the real thing; it will be a special treat. I will finish up the
other things in the morning.
Bonnie is growing. She is 5 1/2 months old and is starting to wear some
12 months clothes. She is starting to sit up, attempting to crawl, and
is now eating cereal.
Danny is almost the same size as Gilbert. Everyone always asks if they
are twins.
I let the boys stay up until Daddy got home. We all took naps while Joe
worked in the office.
Joe preached this evening. The service went well.
