Bonjour,

This morning, Joe took the vehicle to the mechanic. There was a problem with the alternator. They had to go look for parts; so, Joe came home in a taxi. They called this afternoon and said that it was ready. After he got there, they discovered an oil leak. They got that fixed. But, he has to take the vehicle back in the morning to have one more thing replaced.

We decided to fence off a section of the yard so that we can put the dogs inside the fence when visitors come. We will still let them run free at night and when we aren’t home. Pokey is a great watchdog. Everyone in the neighborhood is afraid of him.

The boys and I went for a walk this afternoon. When we got back, we all stayed over at the Litsons’ house for awhile. The kids played on the swingset for awhile; then, the ladies and the kids jumped on the trampolene for a little bit. We had a good time.

When we left, they were all saying, “Bye, Gilbert.” Gilbert said, “Bye, Gilbert” back to them. Joe told him that he was supposed to say, “Bye, Girls.” So, Gilbert said, “Bye gools. See you later!”

A demain,

Joe, Laura, Gilbert, and Danny
