Bonjour,

We went into Abidjan this morning. We went to the grocery store first. Then, we went to the mall and walked around for a few minutes. We ate lunch at the food court type place which is next door to the mall. Gilbert got to play in the play area; he thought that was great.

When we got home, Joe was outside with the boys. Gilbert was running and tripped. He hit his head on a brick. Joe brought him in and put him on the table so that we could see how bad it was. It wasn’t deep at all. We got it cleaned up. After Gilbert’s nap, he was ready to go back outside again; so, it must not be bothering him too much.

Danny loves to be outside. He would just sit out there all day if we would let him.

I went for a walk with Sarah, Allison, and Margie. We went a little earlier than normal because Joanna was asleep. Sarah wanted to go while she was down so that she wouldn’t feel like she was missing out. Joanna is doing fine. She has to go back to the doctor tomorrow for another shot. We are going to keep Allison and Meganne. It is Matt and Sarah’s anniversary tomorrow; so, they are going to go out for their anniversary while they are in town.

I am sending this e-mail a little earlier than usual. The computer is in Danny’s room. So, I have to get e-mails typed before he goes to sleep.

A demain,

Joe, Laura, Gilbert, and Danny
