Bonjour!
Yesterday was a ladies day out. Joe and Gilbert were the chauffeurs, and
Danny went along for the ride as well. Joe took Margie, Sarah, and I to one
of the bulk food stores so that we could see what they have to offer.
Allison got to come too since it was her birthday on Thursday. Then, we
went to lunch. We were going to take Margie to a pizza place that she
really likes. When we got there, we found out that the Cocody Market and
the pizza place had both burned to the ground the day before. So, we tried
a different pizza place. It was good. Then, we went to get our hair cut.
Allison went first followed by me, Margie, and Sarah. Joe waited patiently
for us all. Gilbert and Danny finally fell asleep. We wore them out!
I forgot to mention that on Tuesday when we went to the Posts’ house, we
brought a dog back with us. They inherited a couple dogs when some

missionaries left the field. So, we took one off of their hands. He is
half German shepherd and half Rottweiler. He is a big dog! Everyone is
afraid of him. His name is Pokey. Pete, our other dog, is getting used to
not being the biggest dog in the yard. They have had a couple run ins.
Joe took Matt into Anyama this morning to go pick up the engine for Matt’s
vehicle and take it to the mechanic. The mechanic has been working on
getting everything put back together.
There is a seminar for couples at the church this afternoon followed by a
soccer game between the Machs church and the Anyama church. Sarah and I
have all of the kids. Joe just came to pick us up so that we can all go to
the soccer game.
