Bonjour,

This morning, we went into Abidjan. All three kids had to get shots
today. We got there a few minutes early; so, we went to check on
Becky Mach. The doctor hadn't been in to see her yet this morning.

We took the kids to get their shots. Gilbert had to get Meningitis and
Typhoid. Danny got the Meningitis shot as well as a Tuberculosis test
to see if he need another TB vaccine. Bonnie got a five-in-one shot.
Danny did not want to see the doctor; so, Gilbert went first to show
Danny how to do it. They all did good. The boys cried a little when
the second needle went in.

Bonnie and I went to sit with Becky while Joe took the boys to the
store. The doctor had come in. He said that it was something that she
had eaten that had caused the stomach problems. She also had a strain
of non-contagious paratyphoid which had caused the high fever. Her
blood pressure was low, and she is anemic. She got to go home from the
hospital this afternoon. She is supposed to go back to the doctor on
Monday for a check-up. Please continue to pray for her recovery.

We ate lunch. Then, we went back to see if Becky needed us to take her
home. Bob had two flat tires this morning. He was able to get those
repaired, and he was coming to get her when we left.

Joe dropped us off at the house. He went in to Anyama to get our
package from the post office. It was before 15:00, and they didn't want
to give him the package because they said it was almost 16:00. He was
able to get the package!

I tried to put the boys down for a nap. They both fell asleep on the
way home from Abidjan; that was their nap for the day.

We got ready for church and headed to Belleville. Romeo stayed to
preach in Anyama. Max, the pastor of the Anyama church, is down with
Typhoid fever; please pray for him as well.

With fifteen people at camp and several people sick, there weren't many
at church tonight. It was our family and three boys. We had a good
service anyway.

A demain,

Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
