Bonjour,
This morning, we went out to Bassam. The children and I stayed with
Jennifer Post and her boys while Joe and Dan went on to Bonoua to make
some visits. They talked to Paul, one of the new converts, for awhile
today. One of his friends was there. They talked to him for quite
awhile. He lives in Bonoua and will be a good contact. Paul is a
university student; so, he isn't always in Bonoua.
I listened to Isaac read. Then, I had a history contest with Nathan as
he reviewed for a test. He won which was a good thing since he was the
one taking the test. : )
Gilbert and Danny had a great time playing with the boys. Gilbert
wanted to play for just a little bit longer when it was time to go, but
he didn't cry when we left this time. We have been working on that.

All three children slept on the way home. A loud truck that pulled up
next to us at a stoplight woke Gilbert up. He tried to wake Danny up
once. I told him to leave Danny alone. Gilbert said, "I just need to
talk to him, Mom." When Danny did wake up when we stopped out in front
of the house, Gilbert was sure to tell me that he didn't wake Danny up;
the bumpy road did.
Bonnie has a cold or allergies. She has been coughing and has a runny
nose. She was very fussy for a couple hours after we got home. She
finally calmed down. Hopefully she will sleep well tonight.
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
