Bonjour,
Joe got the kids up this morning and out the door for school. Then, he picked up my lab results and ran a couple other errands before he came home.
My lab results were pretty good. I don't have typhoid anymore or malaria. I am a little anemic. Some counts were a little low, but those counts basically showed that I have had an infection and am getting better. I am trying to take it slow and not do too much at once.
I rode with Joe to pick the kids up from school. This is the first time that I have been able to go. The kids were excited to see me. They said, "Mommy feels better!!"
The kids had a good day at school. Gilbert does a good job with his Penmanship. The remarks on his homework pages this week were "Perfect!," "Congratulations!," "Terrific!," and "That's superb!" Danny can do a good job when he takes his time. Some of his pages said, "Please take time to write well." But, he got a couple "Great job" comments too. Believe it or not, Bonnie brought homework home for the weekend. She has a page of ones and a page of A's to write. I didn't think the three-year-olds would have homework! Gilbert is in first grade, and he has less homework than the other two. Oh well, I guess it won't hurt them.
After supper, we had popcorn and watched Monk. Gilbert really likes Monk.
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
