Bonjour,
The kids were up before 6:00 this morning ready for school. We have been waking them up, but they woke up on their own this morning. They have to leave at 6:45, but they were ready ten minutes early today.
I am feeling a little better today. I am still having some stomach pain. I finish the second round of antibiotics tomorrow.
Joe went into town to get the gas bottles filled. The first place had their "No Gas" sign out, but he was able to get the bottles filled at the next place.
The kids had a good day at school. Gilbert had some writing homework. He told me that he got a circle with two dots and a smile (otherwise known as a smiley face) on his papers at school today. Danny said, "I'm going to have homework tomorrow." He also said that he hugged his teacher today. Bonnie needed water today. I sent a couple drinks, but she had already had those. The water filter at the school isn't working; so, the principal went to the corner store to buy water for Bonnie. I guess I will now be including a bottle of water in their lunches as well.
Kristine made supper tonight. Brother Barrow and Brother Davis ate with the Siekberts tonight. Brother Barrow will leave for the States tomorrow night. Brother Davis is going to go with him to Accra tomorrow. Then, he will come back here for one more week.
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
