Bonjour,

This morning, Joe preached at the bank.  Then, he came back home.  The Siekberts' washing machine is not working; so, they came over to do laundry today.  The kids did some swimming and lots of playing.  I fixed lunch for everyone; Kristine helped me with that.
We tried to get the younger kids to take a nap.  Bonnie, Danny, and Nehemiah actually went to sleep.  The Siekberts left about 4:00.
We had to eat supper early tonight to go to the end-of-the-year program at the school.  We left the house about 5:00 and got to the school just before 5:30.  The program was good; it was quite long. The students did different things for an hour.  Then , Brother Morgan preached.  After that, they had their K-5 graduation and awards ceremony.  Bonnie kept asking, "When can we go home?"  The kids did a good job of sitting still for so long.
The kids have been playing with homemade play dough today.  This morning, Bonnie was making strawberry pie with her play dough.  Now, she is making "national donuts."  There is a corner cabinet in the kitchen that the kids like to get inside.  Today, three boys were in the cupboard playing with play dough.
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
