Bonjour,
This morning, Bonnie said, "Mom, is it tomorrow now?" Nana had told her yesterday that they would put the princess decals on the wall "tomorrow." They got that done right away.
We went into town to show Papa around. Nana was here five years ago when Danny was born. We went to the post office. After that, we drove around the market circle to get bulk sugar. Papa was satisfied to see the market from the car; he did not want to venture out inside the circle. Then, we went to the grocery store. When we got to the grocery store, we decided to go eat lunch first and then go back to get groceries. After lunch, we went back to the grocery store. We saw the Siekberts at the store. Today was Joseph Siekbert's tenth birthday. After we finished our grocery shopping, we headed home.
Everyone rested for a while. Then, the kids, Joe, and Papa went outside to do some more exploring. Nana and I came up with a plan for curtains. Then, I worked on supper while Nana worked on Bonnie's doll's hair. The men were playing with the boys new remote control cars; then, they let the boys have a turn.
After supper, Bonnie helped Nana and I do the dishes. Then, we watched part of "In Search of the Castaways." About 9:00, the kids got ready for bed. Bonnie wanted Nana to brush her hair, and they wanted Nana to read their bedtime story.
After the kids went to bed, we played a few rounds of Monopoly Deal.
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
