W'apow mu e,
The kids were up early this morning and were busy. The boys were chasing a frog outside. Gilbert did not duck low enough when going under the table and hit his face right below his eye. Then, they built a fort in the office with their pillows, sheets, etc.
We had a good morning at church with eighty-three in attendance. I had twenty-two in Sunday School and thirty-six in Junior Church in the six-and-under class. I did not have a helper today. We had quite a morning. The helper from the class next door heard the commotion and came to help me for the last ten minutes or so. I had at least ten who were three and under; they only speak Fante if they speak at all. In the midst of all that was happening, Bonnie hit Gilbert. Gilbert hit her back. Bonnie said, "Mom, Gilbert hit me." Gilbert said, "Well, Bonnie, the Bible says to do unto others as they do unto you." I told him that is not what the Bible says! : )

When we got home, I started on lunch. Bonnie was helping me in the kitchen. Then, she went down the hall to go to the bathroom. She called me. I went to see what she needed, and the hallway and office were flooded. The toilet in our bathroom does not work properly; it has to be turned off each time after it fills up. But, it did not get turned off; thus, we had quite a flood. The kids "fort" from earlier in the day was soaked – pillows, sheets, etc. I got all of the bedding picked up; Joe worked on cleaning the water up.
After naps, we headed back to church. We had twenty-one in attendance tonight.
