W'apow mu e,
Joe went to the Bible Conference that another church is having. He preached in the second service this morning.
The kids helped pick up around the house. They swam for a while. Then, they worked on building a tree house the rest of the morning. My project for today was Operation Hopeless Cause, otherwise known as Bonnie's room. It usually stays clean for a few days before it all comes crashing down again. Bonnie helped me for a little while. I was looking for a basket that has various card games in it. I asked Bonnie if she had seen the card basket. She said, "Well, it died thirteen days ago, but we'll find something eventually." That girl! Bonnie was pleased with the finished project and told me that she is going to keep it spic and span. We'll see how long that lasts.
After naps, we had an early supper so that we could all go to the Bible Conference tonight. We stopped at our church to see if anyone had come to ride with us to the other church. Dan was the only one who went with us. We were the first ones there. We found out after we got there that they had moved the starting time of the service back thirty minutes.

One of the congregational songs that we sang was "At Calvary." We have been learning that song in the tribal language. Danny was sitting in front of us tonight with his teacher from last year. He turned around and said, "This is the song we've been learning, Dad." As he said that, he winked at Joe. Joe and I both got tickled. Gilbert leaned over and said that he was getting confused and was having trouble singing the English words.
Adam and Kelly Rosenbalm and their nine-month-old son Jeremy are here on their survey trip. They had quite a time getting here with flight cancellations and various other problems. Adam preached a good salvation message tonight; several people came forward to get saved. It was a load shedding night. The power went off toward the beginning of the church service, but they have a generator. So, we weren't in the dark for long. The power was off when we got home, but it came back on just in time for bed time.
Nantsew yie!
