Bonjour,
I am feeling better today. I just get tired quickly. So, I have to pace myself. But, the medicine seems to be working.
Joe took the kids to school. He did some work on the computer this morning. This afternoon, he went into town to run a couple errands before he picked the kids up from school.
We had a big storm this afternoon. The power went off for a while. We thought we were going to get by without "load shedding" tonight because the power did not go off at the normal time, but it went off about an hour later than usual and is still off.
I asked Bonnie if she got in trouble today. She said, "No, I was just falling asleep during 'My Baby Can Read.' So, the teacher had me stand up and jump to wake up." Then, she had to demonstrate jumping for me.
A couple ladies from the church are coming tomorrow morning to learn how to make and decorate a cake. I am not a great decorator, but we will surely come up with a great creation. I made a cake tonight so that we can work on frosting and decorating it after we get a cake baking.
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
