Bonjour,

On this day twenty-eight years ago, I made the most important decision ever.  I accepted Jesus as my Savior.  I remember being scared all the way home from church that night that we might have a wreck before we got home.  As soon as we got home, I went into the living room and told my dad that I needed to get saved.  I am thankful for godly parents!  I guess it is my seventh spiritual birthday in leap years.
Joe took the kids to school.  He said that Bonnie was being the teacher on the way there.  She would tell them what to do and tell them to start.  Then, she would tell them when to stop.  She said, "Say 'Yes Madam' to me!"  I think she will definitely be a teacher some day!
Two ladies had planned to come over this morning to learn how to make cakes.  One was not able to come.  The other one came about an hour later than planned due to heavy rains.  We had a good time, and I think Harriett really enjoyed it.  She was already asking about other things that she wants to learn to do.
The kids had a good day at school.  The power was off for a while, but it came back on there.
The power was off all night last night.  It came back on for ten minutes this morning.  It has been off all day and is still off.  It was off all over town last night.  But, there must be a problem in our area now.  We had power at church tonight but still not at home.
We had a good evening at church.  We took the cake that Harriett and I made to church tonight.  Everyone liked that!
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
