Bonjour,

It was back to school today for the kids.  When Gilbert first gets up, the first thing he says every morning is, "I don't want to go to school, Mom!"  Each morning, he has a different reason.  Today the reason was that school takes too long.
Joe hasn't felt very well today.  He is still getting over malaria and the infected tooth.  He had some work done on the swimming pool pump last week; he went up and got the pump installed this morning.
I worked on sorting and organizing the things that we brought back from Ivory Coast this time.
When the kids got home from school, Joe watched them swim for a little while so that they could get rid of some of their energy.  It started raining on them, and they had to get out.
Bonnie told me that she didn't have to see the principal today.  Danny said that his teacher had him come up front and tell the other students about America; she also asked him to sing the national anthem.  Gilbert said that they got to be detectives in their class today.  They had to put their thinking caps on to put some numbers in the proper order.
Gilbert and Bonnie helped me make pizza for supper.  After supper, the boys did their homework.
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
