W'apow mu e,
When Danny first started praying for meals, he used to say, "Bless the bodies to our head." instead of "Bless the food to our bodies." Each time that he would do it, Gilbert would tell him that he said it wrong. After he heard Danny say it wrong so many times, Gilbert would get mixed up every once in a while. Bonnie thinks that is what you are supposed to say now too. We keep telling her "food to our bodies" before she prays. This morning, she said, "Bless the bodies to our food." Gilbert hits the table every time someone says it wrong. Bonnie gets so frustrated with him for hitting the table. She told him this morning that she said the bodies and the food and that he should not hit the table.
We went up to the church for a work day this morning. The kids were helping move rocks outside. I taped some songbooks that were coming apart and then worked on organizing the library. Joe was not feeling well at all. We went home about 10:30. He went straight to bed. He slept for several hours and then started feeling better. He was having some stomach problems too. Maybe he got food poisoning from eating in town yesterday.
After naps, Gilbert and Bonnie did their homework. Bonnie's pencil was not very sharp. She said, "This pencil is about to do me in!" Danny was kind enough to offer her one of his pencils. He put several pens and pencils in his pencil bag and has claimed them as his.
We went up to the church this evening for music practice. Everyone was not there on time, but they all eventually made it. "Amazing Grace" is sounding pretty good. "Sweet Hour of Prayer" still needs some work. We have one more Saturday to practice before the funeral.
We had load shedding tonight for the first time this week. We were hoping that maybe it was coming to an end. Oh well, we can handle it once a week!
Bonnie was sitting in my lap tonight. Joe usually pesters her when she is sitting there. He wasn't doing anything. So, Bonnie told him, "Dad, you can disturb me if you want to."
