Bonjour,
Joe took the boys to school this morning. Bonnie stayed home one more day. She is feeling a lot better but not quite back to 100% yet.
Joe checked on the painters. LF enlisted a deaf man who is slightly crippled to help with the painting today. He did great on the walls where he could use the roller; however, he did not do so well in the smaller spaces that weren't big enough for the roller where he used the roller anyway. Oh well, they got quite a bit accomplished.
Joe kept Bonnie at home. He called the taxi driver to come take me into town. I needed to do some shopping for Gilbert's birthday. Shopping at the market circle is always an adventure; you never know what you might find.
Joe had lunch ready when I got home. I took a nap after lunch. I had a headache from getting too hot. I made supper and took it easy in the evening. I had lots of things I could have been doing, but sometimes your body makes you slow down a little.
Gilbert is excited about his birthday party tomorrow night. We are just going to have a little party with our family for now since we have so many things going on right now. He wants to cook hamburgers outside and eat outside for supper.
The pipe inside the well broke. Joe and Martin pulled the pipe and the pump out of the well. Joe has to get a part before he can put it all back in the well. Laundry is on hold until that is fixed. We do have water in our holding tank that we can use for other things.
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
